AGV Network and AGV Network Academy are trade marks of KMC Srls. AGV Network Academy’s mission is to improve lives through learning. We enable selected professionals to create and share educational content (instructors) and to access that educational content to learn (students). We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, us, and our student and instructor community. These Terms apply when you buy a subscription for an ebook. 

Terms and Conditions of Sale for Online E-Book Access

1. Subscription Access: Access to the e-book is granted through a subscription to FlipSnack online platform. The subscription is personal and non-transferable. You must subscribe to FlipSnack in order to access the ebook.

2. Device Compatibility: Subscribers can access the e-book on any device that has internet connectivity, including computers, tablets, and smartphones.

3. Usage Restrictions: The content of the e-book cannot be printed, copied, or shared in any form. The e-book is encrypted to prevent unauthorized distribution.

4. Platform Exclusive: The e-book is exclusively accessible through FlipSnack platform and cannot be opened or read through any other external platforms or e-book readers.

5. Duration of Access: The subscription grants access to the e-book for a period of one year from the date of purchase. After this period, the access will expire automatically.

6. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the subscription process will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.

7. Copyright: The e-book is protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the e-book's content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Refund Policy: Given the digital nature of the e-book, refunds are not available after the subscription has been activated.

9. Technical Support: Our team is available to assist with any technical issues encountered while accessing the e-book.

10. Agreement to Terms: By subscribing to access the e-book, you agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.

You need an account for most activities on our platform. Keep your password somewhere safe, because you’re responsible for all activity associated with your account.
